Allyson Campbell, LIMHP, LCSW

There is always hope! Every step forward matters, and you don't have to take that step alone.

Reaching out for counseling for yourself or your child can feel overwhelming, and taking that first step is not always easy. I am here to help you and your family navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and support.

How I can help...

Individual Counseling.

Work with me one-on-one in a safe, compassionate, and confidential environment where you can feel heard, supported, and understood.

I enjoy working with clients navigating life transitions, depression, anxiety, behavioral challenges, relationship concerns, grief and loss, and trauma.

My approach to therapy is person-centered, attachment based and trauma-informed, allowing me to tailor our work to your unique needs, experiences, and goals.

Together, we’ll navigate life’s challenges at your pace while creating space for growth, healing, and self-discovery.

Counseling for children and teens.

I help children and teens navigate challenging emotions and behaviors while building the skills they need to thrive at home, at school, and in social settings.

My approach is attachment-based and trauma-informed, incorporating play therapy techniques and behavioral interventions to help children better understand their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and build positive relationships in a safe, supportive environment.

Family counseling.

I help families develop healthy communication patterns, strengthen relationships, and navigate challenges together in a supportive environment.

My approach often incorporates Family Systems Theory, which views the family as an interconnected system in which each member’s experiences, behaviors, and interactions influence the family as a whole. Together, we’ll work to better understand these dynamics and build healthier ways of communicating and connecting with one another.
